Definately, make an appointment. If you know what artist is going to do the tattoo, schedule an appointment with him. This way, you have a chance to discuss with him first what you are planning to have done and if it's an original design, it will give him a chance to work on the design before your appointment. You can also ask about the chances for a walk-in slot, but this time of year shops tend to be extremely busy and the odds will not be in your favor. It's best to make an appointment.
As for cost, the cost of a tattoo depends on how much time the artist will spend on it they usually will charge by the hour. The average of $100 per hour is pretty typical.

Since you have seen them play and got a peircing, so I guess you are comfortable with the place. You should get schedule an appointment. I perfer going in person to schedule that way I get to met the tattoo artist and discuss my design and have them modify it if needed.
Its difficult to cost it out. Some change a flat rate by the hour, some change depending on the size and type of tattoo.

You should schedule an appointment. Walk in and discuss what you'd like and bring a photo. They can give you a quote on the spot. The arm is the cheapest area to get a tattoo. A lot of places range in price. But plan on spending close to $100.

You should probably schedule an appointment for a tattoo. You might find that they're really busy and are actually booked out for a while anyway.
As for price? it ranges from 60-150 depending on where you go and where you are, and it also depends on how much detail there is in the tattoo itself.
Hope I helped!

Yes you should call ahead and schedule a time, usually this time of year most parlors are booked solid. The one I go to actually takes walk ins but they may wait hours until they can get one done because most everyone makes an appt.
Its hard too say how much your tat is going to cost. It varies by artist, and how intricate it is.
