do you mean furniture? try ikea or your local furniture stores... some have specific areas for kids furniture. or you can get stuff from walmart or target and paint it if you don't like it.
look in the newspapers or post / search craigslist.com
if you mean decorating ideas...
you can look for decals at the dollar tree- you can stick them on and move them if you want
you can stencil designs on the wall
you can get kid themed borders
you can paint creativly on the walls, stripes- circles, shapes etc
again search/post on craigslist, tons of goodeis out there
