Ok so I was at Target and I walked up nonchalant (so as not to seem creepy or anything) and gently and lovingly placed my hang on this womans breast and gave her a sweet little twist. I gave her a little smile and "Hey beautiful." She yelled and went to get the manager. I left because I didnt know what to do since she was acting so erratically and crying. So my question is, is she playing hard to get? I'm really thinking about her a lot now and have her license plate #. Any help would be appreciated.

Wow, you sure know how to approach a woman. You are lucky you didn't leave the store in the back of a police car. She is not playing hard to get, you were being sexually abusive. She had every right to react the way she did. Are you crazy? Why did you get her license plate # anyway? Are you some sort of psycho stalker rapist?
