I don't recommend home haircoloring, as it is never predictable. And to use 2 different products is asking for complications. However, if you are headstrong and will do it anyway, please do a test! Pluck some of your hair out and put it on a disposable item (foam plate, paper towel). Be sure to get enough hair so that you will be able to see the results! Put the color on the test hair exactly the way you would apply it to your head. Watch and wait. Record what color you put on what hair, how long you left it in, etc...This test is the ONLY way to do a home color without extreme disappointment, okay? Do this test every time you want to do something new. And even then, a small adjustment to your color formula or timing could overprocess your hair. The results of overprocessing could be the wrong color or lots of frizziness, or even breakage of the hair. So just be careful and remember I don't recommend that you do it at all. But, good luck!

I don't know why you would use 2 different products on your hair at the same time. They both have different effects. You could use the red first and then spray your hair with the sun in but, no it will not turn your hair green. If you don't use a toner on your hair after bleaching it and get into a chlorinated pool you might but, sun in does not have that effect.

The sun in might turn your hair orangy if it's medium brown or darker, then the real red will just make it even more fiery. I don't see any chance of green.
Why bother with the sun in? As an alternative to bleaching it all out first? Sun in is slow.

Don't use two different products together unless you are sure about the results. You could end up doing more to your hair than turning it green.
