My favorite lasagne is made with Velveeta and is a real crowd pleaser. We've become food snobs over the years and decided that good old standby's such as Velveeta and Spam are for lessor life forms. I still incorporate them into my cooking along with all the other stuff!

Yes... a lot of pizza places don't use real cheese. In fact most chain pizza places use processed cheese!

If you order pizza from any pizzeria, you are getting processed cheese. However, you can ask for fresh mozzerella. It will cost more, but it's good.
