I've been looking to adopt a dog, but i haven't been able to find any good adoption agencies. I would either want a Maltese or a Yorkie. I did find this puppy on craigslist but that ended up being a fraud. Any help would be appreciated.

We adopted a beautiful dog there.

I suggest that you go to AKC.org they have a list for breed rescues... you might be able to find a little special dog there..
