hey people, i bought this product the other day out of insanity and was wondering if it supports muscle growth i'm not 100% certain.

research doesnt support the statement "cla reduces body fat and builds muscle" and "reduces appetite".
its all theoretical concepts. Its actually supposed to be more for cardiovascular system and glucose tolerance.
