what is he most interested in? for my bfs 18th bday i suprised him! i didnt tell him where i was taking him to lol.. i rented a nice hotel room in veince beach CA (which is like 2 hourse from where i live) he has never been there b4 and there are soo meny cool things to do there!! plus he always wanted a tattoo and i new that would be the perfect place, i rented the hotel room took him there suprised him, took him to get his first tat, to dinner and a hooka bar and then took him back to the hotel gave him a couple things and it was history from there.. i didnt hava like any money so me spending it all on him and showing him i can take the effort really ment a lot to him.. make it memrable.. dnt just give him shoes or a video game that he will pay more attention to.. make it about you to not just him.. good luck =]
