Lots of spicy mustard, grilled onions, pickle slice, and hot peppers. Chicago-style, baby (minus the tomatoes.)

Always yes to mustard and ketchup.
We have a couple hot dog places around here with the most excellent beef chili topping and on those I also add onions, mustard and ketchup.

Chili? With cheese and onions? On a hot dog?

Take a jumbo Nathans hot dog & slice it length wise about 3/4 the way through, take a piece of your favorite cheese & put it in the middle, wrap 1 slice of bacon around the whole hot dog & broil it until done then add your favorite mustard or ketchup. Srumptious delicious

Coarse brown mustard (not the screaming yellow stuff), a little onion and a little dill relish.

First choice is always chili (No beans, it needs to be Cincinnati style chili, that Skyline stuff, you know?) and cheese. But if I can't have that, ketchup (or Heinz Chili Sauce), dill relish, and cheese. Yummy...
