I'm a woman and I want to get the chinese symbols for the words sexy and strong on my body but I just can't decide where. Where do you guys suggest? I was thinking my foot or my ankle, maybe right below my back or in the middle of my back....suggestions please!!!

Get the lower back. It would be a really good spot for that kind of tattoo, or any tattoo for that matter.

And, lower back isnt supposed to hurt as much as foot or leg.

lower back is really sexy

Um, I don't think there is a term really for sexy in Chinese. So check it with someone who does speak Chinese and don't trust your artist's rendering if they wrote it. And I'm really superstitious about words being tattooed on the body. Long story and stuff.

And remember that guy who got duped with some Chinese characters on his back? He thought it said he was a stud or whatever and it ended up saying that he was a jackass and stupid.

Anyway, chose an area where the skin won't stretch. Lower back, ankle.... no boobs or tummy tattoos, you'll regret it.

My hairstylist has a chinese symbol on the top of her right foot. Well its a little off to the right side of her foot near the toes. I also have a tat there and love it! I don't wear socks and closed shoes though so it still looks like the day i got it ( 6 years ago ) so make sure if you get it on your foot you take care of it ( lotion every day! ) other then there i would suggest on the inside of your wrist or the back of your neck near your hair line.

middle of back is in style now lower back is out shoulders are always good if i was a girl though i'd get a phat one on the inside or outside of my thigh like a strip down the center anything on the stomache is gross , feet are good for girls too as well as clafs ankels and mid arm is good as well maybe get a band of some sort and have that symbol as the center to the band really it's all about how you look what kind of tat and how you are is what really needs to be thought about

foot tattoos take longer to heal, and sometimes show their age faster. but as far as the symbol, i know way too many people who have ended up hating their chinese symbol tattoos, and even more women who hate the ones on their lower back!

Naturally with kanji tattoos it depends on which direction you get it done (the more common way is vertical). I have a cousin whose ex-girlfriend got the words "beautiful woman" on the back of one of her shoulders. My best advice for your scenario is to go there or on the back of the neck in between the shoulder blades.

I think one on each side of your lower stomach, like the inside of your hips would be hot.

IT MAY LOOK GOOD ON YOU ABOVE YOUR ANKLE OR YOUR STOMACH. I HAVE A SMALL TIGER JUST BELOW THE BOTTOM RIGHT OF MY NAVEL. IT HURTED BUT IT WAS WORTH IT. AS LONG AS YOU DON'T GET THE "TRAMP STAMP" .THAT'S ON YOU R LOWER BACK.
