The age of accountability simply means that there will be a time when a child has matured to an age that he is morally responsible and culpable for his own actions and can fully understand the gospel, his own sin, who the Lord is, what is repentance, faith, grace, etc. to inherit salvation. Up until that time, the child is seen as in a state where they are not culpable spiritually and upon their death are granted instant heaven.
Not one proponent of this kind of teaching can cite one verse, anywhere in Scripture, where this is taught. Not one--and that should be a spiritual red flag.

Only God knows. For each person it can be different. I've seen a 8 year old. Get the Holy Ghost. And demand to be baptised. The parents wanted to wait, to insure the child understood what baptism truly meant. The kid knew and explained to the parents better than they knew. I've seen 14 year olds who didn't have a clue.

Man's laws.
God is judge of heaven and mankind is judge here on Earth. Although many read history to think that the Church puts people in jail ... it has always been the governments who do this. Even Jesus was crusified by the government (Cesar) instead of Jewish laws. The Jewish prophet told Pontious Piolet that he cannot sentance Jesus, but Piolet could.
God does give us people to help guide us in making the laws ... but the story of Jesus is quite clear that we are judges on Earth; we're not always mercify like God --- and we're not always correct in our judgement --- but this is the way it has been for all of time.

Its different for each child. The Jews say 12, but some children are raised in church and know right from wrong very early, some are not.

God did, of Course. When you know "right from wrong".!
Usually, around the age of I0 To I2 Yrs Old.........When they recognize SIN. The Holy Spirit knows how to deal with our children. Until then, they are safe. God loves all children so much.
