Hi! I'm searching for a car to buy before the winter, and I've heard that July and December are the best months to buy cars. July, because most car manufacturers bring out next year's models, and December because it's the end of the year. It's still early in July, and i've seen July 4th sales, but would it be better to wait until later in the month? Also, how do I find out which car brands are having their "model year-end clearance"? Thanks in advance!
