BODIES, BUILDINGS, INNOCENT PEOPLE AND NOW THE FLIPPING AIRPOST IN SCOTLAND. in a car!
I am sick of these crazy fanatics trying to blow people up all the time. I have been living in this country for 25 years, born and proudly British Bred. I value British Government to treat us normal citizens, and I value the rules and always abide by them.
But what really gets to me is when some of these WIERD "muslims" start ruinin it for us. And they ask why BNP wants to throw us muslims out?!

If I can live peacefully as a British Muslim why can't others? What do they get out of it? They are or shall I say HAVE made it VERY hard for us more than ever in any generation! Now the rest of us have to suffer for some head slapping crazy nuts acts or so called "beliefs"

I sincerely believe that we are seeing the return of the Khawarij who were a sect that assassinated Ali ibn Abu talib (may God be pleased with him). They are doing what they would do, so sit tight and don't over react to these stupid things. The people doing this know that this is just making it hard for Muslims.

If you want to read something about this read something about the Assassins who wear a group hell bent on murdering Saladin Ayyub, seriously. During the height of the crusades, I have read up on them. There are nut cases like this in every time and this is not all one way, people should also try to look at the causes of these and stop them as well.

I'm a Muslim and I too am angry and fed up with bombs terror that those extremists are doing. And making our lives in our western homes which we have been born in and bred in turn against us and point the finger at us saying stranger get her out! looking at the reaction from people about what you said in delight and sort of amazement?!?! I've been trying to gather Muslim British to make a stand somewhere public to demonstrate that we are against these terror acts and condom it and are as British as the next person. It shocks me to find how many are afraid to show their faces in the street, a women told me this afternoon, we will be targeted by the extremists and by the public. I'm still trying to arrange this demonstration and I hope you will be there!! Some seriously think all of us are traitors!!

My sentiments exactly, these people make me so angry! They are wrongly using the Muslim faith to justify their actions, when in reality the muslim religion promotes peace and does NOT accept the killing of innocent people.

I am a muslim and find the whole business really infuriating as this brings shame to our religion and also gives out the wrong messages to non-muslims who may think that we are all like this, which is not true.

I wish that one day people will realise that these idiots are acting against Islamic beliefs and are certainly not true Muslims!

It has always been the case that whole groups of people get labeled by the few crazies among them. It's been done to religious groups, racial groups, social classes and on and on. Perhaps it is in our nature to overlook individuals and label with stereotypes based on what we have seen, heard, and experienced.

The only thing you can do is to stand up and stand out as an individual--separate and different from the crazies. Still, this takes work and means you can't just go about your life and live anonymously and fit in the way you'd like. You have to speak out against the crazies and point out that they don't represent you, and you must challenge the thinking of those who fall for the stereotypes.

I am non religious , religions worry me. I think most trouble comes from religion. Moving millions of Muslims into the west before they have built Islam into a great place to live was a mistake, No disrespect to Muslims but they really do not fit in here

Star from me. I am a white British Christian. I respect everyone else's right to their religious beliefs. But I fail to see what all this indiscriminate bombing solves. And these people are making us suspicous of all muslims. Which is not right.

I wish every Muslim who settles down in the Uk, and accepts our way of life success. But I feel that the Muslim community in the UK can do more to stop these people.

It's really saddening we cannot all get on...many people think that living amongst each other with such extreme viewpoints means we just wont get on....ever. People must change on all sides, I think, with the good of the people being important.

It's daft to say we can't accept each others differences because, for example, when we go out for dinner at a restaurant, a menu is passed around and we all choose what we want to eat...no problems there, eh? You don't suddenly get one of the guests sneakily whip their mobile phone out and start plotting a sudden bombing of the table, do you? You don't get 8 people immediately turn up with balaclava's on and shout "You chose from the wrong menu!!" and then proceed to hack the nearest person's head off for having their main-course choice disagreed with, eh??

Nope, nothing quite like that seems to happen....instead, people choose what they want, choose to drink different drinks, choose different conversations and mostly have a jolly good time. So if we (as a race of human beings) can naturally get on in this particular environment, why can't people have different religious viewpoints without one faction suddenly wanting to demolish everyone else's opinions...and if possible, the people too.

It's crazy. Thank goodness (or whoever) that these religious fanatics do not apear to have something against anyone who likes the colour red....or anyone who is 35 years old...or anyone who says the word "the" more than 12 times a day (oh well, that's me in line then). If I was their "god", I'd like to come down and spank their backsides, saying "no,no,no,no,no.....now go to bed with no supper....and see me after school tomorrow".

I've asked a quesion in another part of this forum as to exactly WHY these fanatics feel they need to do these things. I would like to know, as it does not seem logical or acceptable. It seems strange that lots of fanatics come over here to live, and then exploit the very "openness" and freedom of our society by deciding to bomb people, and that is quite wrong. You don't get christians going over to a muslim country and demanding a church is built for their christian faith, do you?...and (AND) then sitting outside of it drumming up people to rise against the muslim faith by buying a cheap car (or stealing one from a muslim) and then packing it full of petrol (also bought from a muslim-owned garage) and then finally setting fire to it in the hope it may take out some muslim women and children. You don't ever hear of that happening, do you?

I think people should have the right to practise any religion WITHIN their own house or home...but when it comes to leaving their house, then the religion stays at home. History has had its chance to prove that freedom of expression should be exercised, but the fanatics have only gone to prove that this clearly needs to be sorted out. As mentioned before, we all like different foods, drinks, colours, cars etc....you name it, we're all different - but we don't go around killing each other over these differences. However, these fanatics are showing us that it's becoming more "in the news", and from my view, they should not be tolerated. Not just because I say so, but because society (as a whole) needs understanding and tolerance to succeed.

The author of this question has been very open and brave, just think of the author's plight in seeing fellow muslims admit to the bombings and (because of radical muslims behaviour) having to probably live in a community where a degree of suspicion would have to be endured - I really feel for you, cannot be nice.

I dont think its fair to say someone is "crazy" or "weird" for believing in something. all right it is not fair on you guys and in all fairness it only the narrow minded few that probly make you feel uncomftable. Thats like saying every irsh person is a bomber. Its the wrong way to go about things, but when britan and america are telling the rest of the world what they can and cant do, i dont blame them. No one bats an eyelid when our soliders are toturing, and killing innocent people over there what makes us so different
