Well, you're looking at three different ancient Folkways, minimally, and undoubtedly a great deal of syncretism among them.
There are the Picts, Scotland's more or less original inhabitants, about whom very, very little is known. Ancient Roman sources and modern archealogy will be less fanciful than the "metaphysical" section at Borders.
There are the Celts, and Scottish Celt beliefs are likely to be more or less the same as Irish Celt beliefs, with local variations and traditions. Much of this material, unfortunately, has been watered down over the years.
There are the Norse, who settled in Scotland over 1000 years ago, and brought their traditions and beliefs with them. For an example of how that particular syncretism developed, you can look at Orkney, where it survived long enough to be recorded:

Then, of course, there are the Angles and Saxons, both with their specific variations on Norse/Germanic beliefs, and early christianization, who had some influence along the shifting border . . .
But to the best of my limited knowledge, there isn't much in the way of a *specifically* Scottish pantheon.

Original? Good luck. The Christians burned most of the places down or chiseled it away. BUT there are a few temples that have been found. You really have to dig around for them and I can't think of the names. I know they found statues of Diana as far north as Scotland. :)

I have a photo of Montgomery Scott. He comes pretty close. Three towns in Scotland are competing to be his fictional hometown. (It should be Aberdeen.)
