To whom it applies: as a Christian, you can't find a better way to spend your time than providing people with insulting answers for 2 pts a pop?

If you agree, stars would be nice ;-)

I don't think that as a Christian you should ever be insulting. I do however think that whenever people are trying to be desuading about Christianity they should study Christianity and know what it's about. Example: Asking why there is suffering in the world and if there really is a God why does he let it happen.

But what if I can't think of a "fluffy answer" to a particular question? What if the question itself is insulting?
Why would you use up five points, in order to ask why I get two for answering you? You don't really have a choice about it, I get two points for answering a question, as long as I answer it politely and to the best of my ability. That's not my rule, it is Yahoo's rule. Take it up with the Yamster...
You know what I don't understand is, why some atheists claim that they know more about Christianity than Christians do, and yet they are here asking questions...about Christianity. I don't know about you, but that sounds a bit ignorant to me.
Ahh, well....go figure.
Just so you won't have to feel like you wasted two points on me, I'll give you a bit of fluff for your trouble:
Jesus loves you!
Feel better now?

I agree. Also, if you are asking questions and you really need an answer it really isn't very nice. I gave you a star because I agree also!

I happen to agree with you,it seems to happen all to often throughout the answers community, however,I cannot star your question,as you imply that Christians are the only ones who do this, and I assure you that is not the case!

If it really bothers you, you could report them for insulting. That way they lose points. I don't report people, but if you don't want to give them 2 points, go ahead.

Here, have a star.

As I stroll along the R&S, it seems to me that the insult germ is no respector of persons and has infected people from every sector...

Peace be with you :)

I'm not sure what you are after, so I will give you a nice poem:

Roses are red
Violets are blue
I'm schizophrenic
And so am I

2 points!

I don't insult. I just answer.

There are equally insulting answers from atheists, too!

I was unaware that you were giving the points here. I was under the impression that Yahoo gave the points for answers.
When you ask a question, you open yourself up to be in the position of enabling anyone who answers to receive 2 points.

Have a happy afternoon!
