You can talk about anything. Read his page(that is what it's there for). Find something you both like and have in common. Or find something you don't like and he does. And you could always talk about your day, freinds, and family.

Be upfront, honest and ask him to hang out!!! Don't be too agressive though. Just tell him, you're interested and you would like the change to spend some time with him. Should atleast get you a date!!!

i have that same problem..he's my bestfriend, but all you really need to do is get a topic started, ask him how he is. blah blah blah..then once you get past that, just say whatever like ask him if he wants to hang out sometime.
