NO! don't say that unless he is a jerk. If he is, and you think he is only asking you as a joke, go ahead. However, if he is a nice boy who you just happen not to like, just politely decline. If you say that to someone nice, you might be labeled as a horrible person, and it might be a while before you are asked again.
