...and other non-believers consider the abrahamic religions to be downright dangerous? Believers, do we not have the right to defend ourselves and our culture from something we consider a threat to the very planet, while proactively trying to educate?

I saw a Paula Zahn specil on YouTube last night where the guests were debating whether atheists experience discrimination. In this "fair and balanced" report, all three debaters were theists who thought atheists were dangerous people who "should just shut up."

Disgraceful.

I'll have reason to fight as long as this sort of thing can still appear on new programs.

Though ignorance and superstition should still be opposed whether they hurt you personally or not.

I feel Abrahamicism is often dangerous.

I am especially troubled by the people who've allowed September 11th to block their memories of people like McVeigh and Rudolph, although I wonder if people like Liddy will be back on the radio telling people where to shoot federal agents to avoid their kevlar once there is a democrat back in the white house?

When I was atheist, I wasn't threatened by Abraham religions. ( I think people are dangerous ) Nor was I concerned that they were trying to rule the government. ( I am afraid of some politicians though)
(maybe that's because westboro wasn't in the news so much back then)
God Bless

I'm not so sure if the religions are as much "dangerous" as the people who are arrogant who WIELD the religion as some kind of prop for their agenda.

I consider anything which discourages reason and free thinking to be dangerous.

I'm on the list... Count me among the shivering and cowing, scared-to-death anti-god-believers.

Someone's gotta be brave enough to risk soiling their shorts by standing up to the maddness of the misguided.

I'm at the ready, sir.
