u cannot smoke and not get the munchies. but try munching on something that's not going to hurt ur diet. some fresh fruit or vegetables. or don't smoke at all. id say those would be ur only choices.

Well weed can dehydrate you so drink lots of water. To cut down on your cravings, try some yummy flavored water that is sugar free. The sweet taste will keep those sugar cravings at bay. Or you can make Crystal Light, I love their pink lemonade mix and its only five calories a glass!

To each his own, but if I were you I would keep it healthy to help repair any damage to your body. Before you partake, slice lots of carrots, celery, green peppers etc to have available for when the urge overtakes you. That way you'll get a satisfiing crunch and you can eat as much as you want... p.s. No dip !!!
