There is not such thing as an accurate weather source. Your best bet is looking out a window.

Your talking about Kent WA go to google weather doppler and you can watch whats going on. thats what I do when I go to kent.

Click "Weather" on your Yahoo My Yahoo page and it will give you the current local weather. It will also give you an opportunity to see an extended forecast.

Do you have intellicast.com in England?
If so, give it a try. It's not the absolute best, but it accurate and quick.
