If you use a razor tip, yes. Kevlar can be cut, but it stops blunt objects up to a certain speed because of it's tensil strength.

If its a good arrow with a good tip probably would I used to take shots at a tree with wooden arrow from a compound bow and the arrow would break into about 7 peices all 7 sticking into the tree allso found out an arrow shot straight up has more air hang time than a shotgun shot straight up.

OK.I'm going against the flow here and tell you NO..(FACT)An arrow will NOT go thru Kevlar. The only pointed object that will penetrate Kevlar is an ICEPICK.......Smaller finer tip, and will go between the Kevlar layers....Check out Kevlar on the Internet and you will find out I am correct. It's been tried with an arrow under lab conditions. No actual penetration but a heck of a blood bruise underneath the point of impact. Doesn't matter what kind of point be it a field point or razor broad head ..Shot from a compound bow OR a crossbow........

I know of some Jack @$$ tried it with a knife. The jack @$$'s little friend spent the the night at the hospital and then the next few days at the local funeral parlor. He was dismissed from the army and served several years in the brig for manslaughter. So I would say yes.

It would make sense. The arrow cuts thru the material. The bullet as it hits the body armor spreads out and the armor absorbs the damage. The arrow would cut straight thru.
