I have had three children and I do tae bo and I dance frequently... I've been watching what I eat and yet, it seems that the weight just does not want to cooperate.... Does anyone have a helpful tip? I really wanna lose the wieght!!!!

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise (running, jogging, hiking, swimming, cycling, rope jumping etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Well, you probalby already know that you have to burn more calories than you consume. 3500 calories equal 1 pound. You would have to find out how many you were burning at rest and during regular activity and exercise. Diet is most important. Exercise is important, but if they had to be ranked it is the most important. Maybe you could try something t curb your appetite like Hydroxycut. Hope this helps. I know it seems hopeless sometimes, but don't give up. Your hard work will pay off.

Maybe if you were not so egocentric, she would possibly drop some pounds. Do you believe it is convenient to drop some pounds while you've had 3 youngsters? Maybe you are giving her the rationale to position at the kilos. Maybe she seeks your aid on this. You have got to quit being egocentric and support her together with her weight. It's now not her fault that she placed on weight. Maybe it is yours along with your selfishness. Maybe you will have to check out lugging kids for 9 months, waking up and going to difference diapers, and taking care of the kids, being a mom, and dealing. Taking care of 3 kids is rough ample and also you blame your spouse for gaining kilos? Maybe you will have to blame your self for being egocentric.

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge
