I think it is funny when skinny people think they need to diet to look better. You sound almost too thin for your height. Instead of dieting at all you need to keep up your current eating habits and just work out for at least a half hour a day (work out = getting your heart rate into the target zone for at least thirty straight minutes) to tone up.
As for your 'diet'.... Most diets you see a huge result (the biggest) during the first week. I have to correct one of the other posters (Although I LOVE her answer!! I am gonna steal the hampster thing to use on my kids) You don't need protein to burn the fat, but it is neccessary to build the muscle into lean muscle instead of fatty muscle. Right after you work out your body uses the protein to build lean muscle, if you don't give it protein ever... your muscles can break down. We are carnivours, hence the 'fang' teeth in the front of our mouths. Our body can not function properly without protein.
You can try what you want, but if you do this diet I will warn you that you that the next time you have a bite of anything with protein or carbs you better be sitting next to a bathroom. Anytime you deprive your body of something and then try to eat it you get the runs something awful.
You are in the easiest position weight wise... all you need to do is tone...not lose weight... and to do that properly you have to take in protein.
Good Luck, hon, whatever you do. I hope this helped!!

find a calorie calculator online then figure out the number of calories you need to maintain your weight. Then cut out no more than 500 calories as your diet.

If you reduce your calories too much or do not eat enough carbs, your body will slow down its metabolism to try and conserve energy. Also known as starvation mode.

Start eating 6x per day, smaller portions of course. Then follow the 40/40/20 plan. Your diet should consist of 40% carbs, 40% protein, and 20% fat (good fats like olive oil, fish, flaxseed oil, avacadoes, nuts). Giving your body a constant source of energy will keep it from storing excess fat and keep your metabolism fast.

As far as exercise, it doesn't matter too much if you run fast, walk, ride a bike, etc. What matters is you get a least 30mins 3x a week. This will reduce fat.

Losing weight and toning are not things that happen overnight. Trainers will tell you that weight loss is not a sprint, but a marathon.

Just eating fruits and veggies and working out an hour a day will not guarantee results. You would probably see some initially, but you *will* plataeu when your body adjusts from not having the proper amount of energy.

all you will lose that way is water weight and muscle because when you deprive your body all you lose is just that -your body stores all you eat in fat reserves so basically you are gaining fat.
plus fruit being the major part of diet will definitely make you gain.
you have to make permanent changes in your lifestyle (diet and exercise) to get permanent results - otherwise it will all come back
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Don't check out the "vitamin" you've prompt. It will paintings, you are going to lose the burden, nevertheless, you are going to obtain it again whilst you begin consuming normally and you can also lose extra muscle than you relatively desire. You demands meats and different meals resources for protein and different nutrients/minerals that you just frame demands whilst you endeavor/exercise. Instead of following a strict vitamin comparable to the only you acknowledged above, reduce your quantities, drink lots of water, and do no less than half-hour of aerobic. Stick to this and you are going to get the outcome you want. With a well vitamin and endeavor regime, you will have to lose approximately two-3lbs a week. In one million one million/two month you will have to lose the 10lbs.

I am doing sort of the same thing, but you also need to eat foods from the other food groups as well, because your body needs a healthy balanced diet as well as exercise.

You won't see very good results. In order to burn fat and build muscles, you need to eat protein. Fruits & veggies are what fatty little hamsters eat.

In only a few days.
You don't need to loose weight according to the height & weight chart. Just tone up your muscles.
