why would you want to gain weight? it would be unhealthy. however, if you think you are too skinny, you can try eating more fruit and complex carbs. stay away from fast and fried foods though b/c in the end it will just be harmful to you.

I added juice drinks, diet drinks-adds calories and is healthy too. Have you noticed we don.t get much sympathy for being naturally thin. I quit smoking a while ago. worked out cuz muscle is heavier than fat and within a year gained 25 pounds!

Depends if you're looking for muscle or fat. Muscle can nearly always be built through ingestion of foods high in protein and by resistance exercise such as weight training.

try this. early morning have three to four almonds. the almonds should be soked in warm water the last night and while eating the skin must be removed .u can also try eating more bananas.

first of all try to be always happy dont keep any worries in ur mind.
secondly take flour steamed rice & black gram(known as "idly" in india) daily in your breakfast. it is very nutritious & healthy.
