It depends on how much sex you're having and the intensity of it. If you are having marathon sessions each and everytime then yes it will more than likely help you to stay somewhat fit, but if you're just having quickies then give it up and hit the gym bro.

only when you are the one doing all the work for more than 20min - yes, maybe. otherwise it doesnt qualify as cardio - which is not supposed to be easy.
