There's no way we can know. Revelation is so immersed in allegory and metaphors our culture doesn't understand (not to mention the fact that some people think it already happened) that there's no way anyone can be 100% positive about what's to come. That's okay though, we're way too obsessed with the end times and judgment day. It's best to live your life in a peaceful and harmonious nature and not worry about the future.

No one will know until its their time to know. It will probably be different for each person because each person lives thier life a bit differently than everyone else. You can go to church every sunday and pray every night and then when you pass on you may be shocked to find yourself refused entry into Heaven. Going to church and praying are not guarantees that you will one day stand before God and be greeted with open arms.
