You are not fat at all, I'm 5,5 and I weigh about 7.5 stone and I am abnormally skinny (I don't have an eating disorder, just a high metabolism) and I'm a UK size six, a US size 2 (and I would be an UK 8 bit I've got small boobs!) you'd be like a UK clothes size 8 (US size 4) which is what most people in the UK aspire to be. If you think that your fat then please seek some help before you enter the horrible spiral of eating dissorders. My advice to maintain that weight is to just eat until your hungry and then stop, small meals often often makes you skinnier than 3 big meals a day, I eat chocolate and loads of fattening stuff, but because I always stop when I don't feel hungry I don'tg put weight on. Being a US size zero is a bad idea, having all your bones and ribs showing is NOT a good or safe look, I'm sure loads of people would die for your figure.
love yourself and you'll feel better and more confident.
P.S excerising releases endorfins (a happy chemical in your body) so doing a bit of gentle excersise (like 30 minutes of trampolining a day) will make you feel happier.

First off, there is no "good" day with eating. Food is food. It is a fuel for your body so stop putting an emotional value to it.
Get a hobby or an interest that takes your mind off of thinking about food. It will be hard at first but if you keep yourself busy for say, 6 weeks, eventually your body will develop it's own rhythm for when it is hungry.
Stop obsessing about food. Anytime you want to obsess about it, visualise people in countries where food is scarce. Then consider how it would be if you didn't have access to anything you wanted to eat at that moment. It's a good exercise for seeing the reality of the situation.
If you are 5, 7" and weight 119 then you are on the thin side of a healthy height / weight proportion.
Are you concerned about your addictive nature to food? You might want to try Over Eaters Anonymous, if they still hold meetings. It's been a few years but they used to have weekly meetings.

Sounds like you do have an eating disorder!
It's called anorexia, and you should definitely seek medical advice.
By the way, if you are posing this as a joke, to agitate people into a certain type of response... it's pretty rude, and making fun of a serious problem.
** Fine, if it's not a joke, than I REALLY think you are suffering from anorexia. 5'7 and 119 pounds is NOT overweight, you are not a cow. IF you really see yourself in this light, you need to speak with your doctor about it. Trying not to eat - anorexia, minimal eating? What is that.. a cracker? Because that is anorexia.

I have an eating disorder, but I'm bulimic. If you want, you're welcome to email me. Maybe you could speak to your GP? I understand over eating because I'm bulimic. Never try to not eat. It's not fun and it messes up your insides.
You need to try and eat a normal diet, which I know is a hard thing to do. But it's the only way to over come any eating disorder. You've gotta eat a normal diet and not then binge, same as me, except I tend to not eat, binge, purge. We both need to try and eat healthily. Same with anorexics, they need to increase what they eat to normal amounts. It's a big circle for EDs, and remember you're not alone.
5'7 and 119 lbs is far from fat, so don't panic. Just try and get it sorted out before it goes too far. As for exercise, exercise is part of a healthy lifestyle, so yeah, go for it, just don't over do it. Take care.

If you find it too hard to cut down on eating then you could try the Atkins Diet, you can eat as much as you want but only of certain things. In the first two weeks it's meat and full fat products like cheese and butter. If you want a snack fry up some bacon and youre fine lol. Sadly its a low carb diet so potatoes, bread, pasta etc are out of the question. Have a read up on it if youre interested theres loads of sites on it

I'd give anything to be 119 pounds.
If you want to loose weight then you need to eat right. I do the same thing. I want to loose weight so I eat nothing during the day and then I come back and binge. It doesn't help.
Your body is fighting to get it's 2000 calories a day and if you don't give it to it in portions it wants it in one go. So you need to learn to control your body. Eat veg and fruit at lunch or throughout the day to keep you from being hungry. When you get home, distract yourself from chocolate. If it become a huge issue don't buy chocolate.
Your body needs food and will fight you for it - be prepared to loose.
Eat, give your body what it wants, eat the right thing and then you will both be happy!

you need to eat a balanced diet and do some exercise. Eating nothing is not helpful because it just makes you hungry and then you ruin it by overeating.
Sit down and organise you food so you have 3 proper healthy meals a day, that way you wont get hungry and snack on chocolate but you will probably lose weight as well, as long as you do some exercise

you aren't fat to us.
don't be hard on yourself.
don't see a medical doctor, they have no idea what they're talking about when it comes to eating disorders, they'll probably prescribe some drug.
you really should NOT lose weight. I reached 5' 7'' 110lbs and I looked gross. Seriously, it's not a hot look.
but I find exercising makes me feel better about myself.
but after you exercise have a HEALTHY meal. Not a couple crackers and butter, and not a double cheeseburger.
good luck.
p.s. you might just be an attention/compliment fisher, and it's really sad and pathetic when people do that.
