But I've had MANY leg cramps, and I've finally figured out the "secret" to ending one as quickly as possible.
If you get a leg crap, stand up immediately and shake out your legs. Somehow standing up gets the blood flowing and reduces the tension.

Wow, I've never heard of that. It sounds like an old witch's cure to me. You should try an icy-hot patch to help with leg cramps. If you end up gettin leg cramps at night, then you need to take potassium, because they're not getting enough. I know this because the same thing happens to me. If you get leg cramps in the day, always stretch your sport, or else you'll end up pulling a muscle and having a bad time. Hope this helps.
