How can you find it?
I believe you first have to have the "Mind of Christ" - we have to come to know about Jesus Christ, know how he felt about things, and then follow his example. We also have to follow the fruitage of the spirit found at Galatians 5:22,23 -  On the other hand, the fruitage of the spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith, mildness, self-control. Against such things there is no law.
What do you think?

What is spirituality? I could easily look at this as a trick question and you are not going to like what I'm about to say... but I'm going to answer your question anyway.

There is no one definition for what spirituality is. Spirituality can be defined in many ways because there are so many personal interpretations. Each individual has their own right and opinion about what spirituality is therefore we are all right by our own personal experiences. It's obvious that you are Christian and have a book telling you what spirituality is but that is NOT what everyone elses definition is going to be.
If you can get that through your head along with other people who choose to narrow their minds on one perspective, you will truly be on your way to spirituality. Being narrow minded is definitely NOT a form of spirituality but open mindedness and willingness to explore the unknown in depths that go farther than mans books and philosophies. Using your own brain will lead you to true spirituality because the answers are in you, not someone else.
BTW, spirituality and Spiritualism is not the same that's another debate that I'm sure many will want to argue but under the Spiritualism movement or practice is many things that specifies in broad detail such as channeling spirits.... even psychics categorize themselves as Spiritualist.... It is very broad.

I believe I am a spirit and you are a spirit (with a mind in a body) and that our spirits can message each other without going through our conscious minds. We can also message God. The mind is the servant of my spirit. My spirit sees the truth and my mind can reach for paper and pen and write down the contents....because the spirit sees and the mind thinks. To have the mind of Christ (to me, of course) means that if our mind comes to do the will of the Father, then we are humble and obedient to the Father.

I love Gal 5!

The spirit is in contrast to the flesh. When you do the opposite of what you want then you're practicing self-disciplin and gaining the graces of the Spirt.

So, if I want a Wii and my BFF has a Wii ... freedom is me not steeling the Wii but going without my personal Wii; or hoping my BFF will share their's. Freedom is when I drive according to the laws; stopping at stop signs/lights, maintaining the correct speed, and ensuring I'm physically capable of driving (sober, eyes work, and reflexes are quick) ... failure to do this is being selfish and results in me living in the "Flesh" so that I can get what I want at any cost.

It's hard to live in the spirit, but the more I exercise this, the better I do get.

This is going to sound stupid, but what helped me in my spiritual walk was learning and doing the "12-steps" of AA/Al-Anon.
The "gifts" of the spirit are what you explained from Galatians, but I found that applying the 12-steps in my walk expanded on the gifts.
The 12-steps are "spiritual based".
I'm not trying to promote AA, I'm just answering this question to the best of my ability.

'Spirituality' has only to do with 'self-realization'... it has absolutely NOTHING to do with spirits, angels, gods, the supernatural, etc. I think you are confused about the difference between spirituality and spititualism.
