Muslims: The terrorists attacks on the UK?

Question

Why are the muslims not out in force in the streets in outrage of their religion being disgraced with the terrorism in the name of Islam?
Isn't that more reason to protest about than some cartoon drawings?

This is not to have a go but for an understanding. Terrorism seems a lot worse than cartoons.

This does seem a fair point - where are the crowds demanding the recognition of "true" Islam, and rejecting the violence these maniacs are trying to perpetrate? I KNOW most Muslims wouldn't commit an act of violence but why the protests against cartoons? Why no protests against the desecraction of mosques in Iraq by other so-called Muslims? Why doesn't this drive them mad? If an atheist gang started attempting mass murder like this I'd be out on the streets demanding their heads. And I marched against the war in Iraq in 2003.

Well, you're right. Muslims should protest about this, but can you tell me what media will show this to people who are suffering from terrorists?

People in Islamic countries are fighting terrorists, like Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, Pakistan and Afghanistan. Actually, terrorists are not true Muslims because the are commiting crimes that are forbidden in Islam. But the problem is that the terrorists who are commiting the crimes in Europe and USA are supported from some foreign governments in a try to tell people: "See what Muslim terrorists do, look at these Muslims , they are terrorists" in order to gain support for illegal wars against Afghanistan, Iraq and Iran.

So hope we all see things truly with no misleading.

I've wondered this a lot since the 'holy war' began. Why aren't the decent upstanding Muslims outing the extremists? They have to know what's going on in their community, who the extremists are and who they're not. If I knew that someone was planning a terrorist act or even furthering the extremists cause I'd be making some calls.

they don't do it because they are scared. The discrimination these people face everyday is enough to drive anyone mad. They just want to be left in peace. If a muslim went to protest in the streets of USA he or she would be probably mocked, yelled at or even verbally or physically tortured by some pro-Bush fanatic! Being a Muslim in western countries is equal to being a terrorist. It's not fair. And protesting in the streets is of no use. Noone cares. Their reputation is already stained. So let them be.

Virtually all Muslims support terrorism even if they do not carry out the acts. Terrorism is funded by those in the Muslim community whether they participate directly or not.

Not in their minds. They want to kill all the infidels. And trust me if you don't agree with them, then you're an infidel. And we say this isn't a war about religion. What bull. We need to start blowing up Mosques full of militant Islamists. Mind you I'm not saying blow them all up, but especially in Iraq, where the insurgents are born, motivated and propelled to carry out attacks.
