What types of things would go into the rating system? All ideas welcome, no bad answers! Thanks

You may want to log on to the USGBC website and research the LEED rating system. There is a particular check list for commercial buildings. Some things to consider would be location of the building...brownfield site, wetland, etc. You would also want to consider the materials and finished used in the construction...earth friendly, sustainable, etc. You should also look into water conservation techniques that might be used. A LEED checklist would be your best bet.

There are many online calculators which will help you calculate your carbon footprint. Most are designed for individuals, but some are designed for businesses.

If U are talking about CO2 U are wrong. GOD has already put plants to process the CO2 . So CO2 is not a problem.
