A good massage would help relax the muscles and relieve the headache. See if you can get a massage today. Also a doctor of chiropractic medicine can help reduce the stress in the muscles and relieve the pain.

There is a pressure point between your thumb and first finger right there in the web. Find the spot that is sensitive and massage it. Acupressure works wonders. Plus Billie77 has a good suggestion. Have someone massage your neck. I would avoid chiropractors personally. They have done nothing but damage to my neck and back. Gentle massage is the trick and if you have the time (make the time) find a dark, quiet place to relax and breathe.
Hope this helps.

No, there are lots of many forms of complications. There are many many forms of migraines. (I have 2 forms of migraines, I must recognise!) When you're getting a anxiety headache, you can believe the anxiety to your neck first, more often than not. Then you can have the headache. A well method to relieve a anxiety headache is a few variety of leisure manner. If you have not had your complications officially identified, do this ASAP. You have got to get them controlled through a document, although they're rare. That method you'll recognise the fine method to preclude them and eliminate them the following time you could have one.

There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
Avoid late sleeping if possible;spicy, sour, stale bakery foods and alcohole.
Sweet foods, sweet fruits, milk, rice and good sleep will help you.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.
If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

meds do not cure you, they take away the pain so that your body can take care of it. my honest opinion is to see a chiropractor. i use to get those headachs 4-5 times a month. i started going and now im lucky if i get mild headaches 3 times a year
