I'm assuming, you want to get to 105 lbs, not lose 105 lbs, because if you do that, you most certainly will die. The best way to lose weight and be healthy, is to eat healthily (no junk food, less sugar, fewer sweets, etc) and to exercise on a regular basis. Go for a walk around your neigborhood, ride your bike, take a run. Just do those things and you may not lose weight, but you will be healthy and that is more important than anything else.

so you want to weight 14 lbs!? even though i think your math is off healthy or unhealthy you can't lose weight at that rate i've seen the best results for fast weight loss on the weight watchers diets

Seriously though, if you want to lose weight quickly, stop eating refined white carbohydrates, go for no sugar and low fat. Switch to healthy cereal with low fat milk for breakfast, fruit for snacks, salads for lunch, and meat and vegetables for dinner.

Are you trying to die!!! or what? and that's not losing some of your weight, its losing most of your weight by probably more than 85% of your orginal weight.
