It's the first oil that comes from the first press of olives. The last press is called Pomace and is usually acquired by using chemical solvents.
So when it comes to olive oil the virgins got it going on the and the old oil just has to sell it's self cheap!

Guilty, I ask for extra packets of parmesian cheese and crushed red chilies whenever I get a pizza. I use them too when I run out and need an emergency seasoning. I have extra packets of soy also but I don't know why. I usually have a bottle of soy sauce around. At least I don't swipe salt, that would be kind of on the cheap side. On the subject of sqwiping things, my mom embarassed the heck out of me when showed up at the restaurant I worked at and took a danish from the buffet and stuck it into her purse. The waiter came back to the kitchen and said, hey, your mom just took a roll. We laughed but it was embarressing.

I have made extra virgin olive oil impure through vigorous wrist practices.....I should feel ashamed, but the temptation was right there....

I don't know what Popeye saw in her. that voice? that figure? No elbows. I guess that Popeye must love her, and that love triangle with Bluto... sheesh..
I think that you can 'squeeze' olives more than once... and that first pressing is the 'virgin'
