what is it?? im 5'2..i recently wieght 135..how can i loose wieght

your weight does not only relate to what you eat but how tall you are if you are tall then you will weigh more. as long as you eating healthy and exercising right then you have nothing to worry about.

Don't take this the wrong way, but you should possibly start working out. Just so you get in the habit of a healthy life style. So you will not have problems in the future.

eat right. dont starve. exercise.

your bmi is at 24.7 and to be overweight you would have to be at 25.0. your are almost there but no there yet. lay off the junk food, soda, sweets. exercise run a few laps around your neighborhood and you should be on your way down the bmi scale

a good weight depends on height, not age. read this for more info. eat right and exercise every day to lose weight.
