im 5'5 160, want to be at 140 at least.
breakfast
fruit and a light yougurt
snack
light yougurt or a fruit
Lunch
boiled chicken (skinless) and a salad
Dinner at 6pm
granola bar with a fruit or a yougurt or w.e

and next week im gonna start goin to the park for an hour to walk n jog

this is not a balanced diet and could harm your health. you need more nutrients to stay healthy while you lose weight.

It isn't enough calories, try adding a lot more food, and more variety. Good luck!
