Oreo's what? Oreo's abilities; oreo's flavor; oreo's amendment?
Oreo's name; oreo's mother; oreo's refrigerator?
Oh, I get it. Even though cookie doesn't get an apostrophe when it's pluralized, you think Oreo deserves one. Well, clearly the question is biased, since cookie doesn't receive the honor of that rebellious pluralization. How stupid of me to take a short question literally, when now I see that you've intentionally taken liberties with spelling and writing convetions to make this quotidian query more interesting.
BUT WAIT! I see that "Chocolate Chip cookies" gets two-thirds capitalized. Perhaps you imply that they deserve two thirds of the votes? But why not "Chocolate chip Cookies" or the enigmatic "chocolate Chip Cookies"? And if you wanted CCc to win, why not go all out with "Chocolate Chip Cookie's"?
I am having a tough time reading your signals here. It would have been so much easier to choose had you asked "Oreos or chocolate chip cookies?"
But what are you really asking? For some jerk like me to point out your typos, or which cookie is cheaper? For someone to go on and on, giving a simplistic question an undeservedly thoughtful answer, or to find out which is cheaper by the pound?
I guess we'll never know, unless you add a comment or edit the question.

It depends:
Oreos vs Chips Ahoy: Oreos hands down! (Darn it, now I'm going to be craving them for the rest of the day! *lol*
Oreos vs fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies: in that case, I'd definetely go for the chocolate chip cookies!
