working out but would like a boost to help with the weight loss. If you have any recommendations on a diet pill that worked for you to loose weight quickly I would love to know what worked for you. I already know that diet pills are just a quick fix, that is what I want right now so please no lectures! I am a 35 yro mom of three and just want to feel sexy on my trip! Thanks!

Hi! I dont have a pill to make you lose weight, but I do have a way for you to lose wight as fast and the results are longer than diet pills and I think safer than pills . It's called the Master Cleanser or the lemonaid diet. This will give you result in as little as a week. Good Luck Stick to it and you will lose all the wight you need to.

i cant recomend any pill. and for weight loss, working out sometimes doesn't work well. to lose weight, a mix of cardio and muscle building excersises are the best. not bodybuilding stuff just more lean mass. when people lose weight, its not necesarily from the workout itself. muscle burns calaries 24 hours a day. try martial arts, many people have come through my school and lost weight. there is no healthy quick fix unfortunately. everyone is different. whatever you do for excersize it has to be something you enjoy. Dont be intimidated by whateveryou try. everyone had to start sometime.

No pills, try something safer, just exercise, the weight will just come off. Eat healthy, and do stuff everyday, like 30 minute walks, and vacuuming, and talk on the phone standing up.

My Alli is an FDA approved diet aid that can be purchased at wal mart. It helps block the absorption of fat...you need to follow a low fat diet, exercise and make sure you get your full value of vitamins daily. Good luck!

Its hard but cutting out carbs from your diet works wonders. No pasta, white bread or potatos. Plus lots of water. Worked for me.

no pills, please, they're too dangerous and not really effective. just watch what you eat, drink lots of water, and exercise at least 30 minutes every day.
