I just bought an Expresso machine in Switzerland and I really want to bring it to the USA (california) but it is a 220Watt appiance and as every one knows the US is 110Watt area with the flat plugs (not the three round plugs it has) Does Anyone know about a solution I could use? Thanks

You mean 220 volts, not watts. The only 220 volt plugs available in most houses are for the electric range and clothes dryer. First, make sure that the espresso machine isn't dual voltage. If it is, you don't have a problem. Just switch it over. If not, you could get a step-up transformer and plug it into a 110 outlet in your house. It shouldn't be hard to find one but you need to make sure it can handle the power requirements of the espresso machine. Another way is to have a 220 volt outlet installed for the machine. The best and safest thing to do is check with an electrical shop. They could advise you on the cost of having an outlet installed or the cost of the step-up transformer. The electrical shop could also change the plug on the espresso for you. They would also see that everything meets code and is safe.

Do you mean 220 Volt??
If so you can but plug adapters or change the plug on the machine, BUT you will still need a 220 Volt plug for it to operate properly
