You may be more at risk of deep vein thrombosis & odema - lack of movement and muscular contraction will mean that your blood flow will be more sluggish and put you at risk of blood pooling and therefore lead to clots.
Low mood and sex drive - being active can promote the release of endorphines (feel good chemicals) - exercise has been proved to improve mood in depressed people.
Reduced social contact - the world won't come to your armchair.

When you are inactive, you put on weight. this may lead to certain complications like diabetes, hypertension , obesity etc. Psychologically also you may be affected . So better be active and avoid tension ,
