The same thing that is done to protect society from any criminal. Arrest the perpetrators, try and imprison them. Infiltrate their organizations and it might help if we stopped meddling in their countries, but you know THAT isn't going to happen.

Y'know, I cant help but think that the only way to truly relieve the world of islamic terrorism is to actually stop the war on terrorism and START a war on islam, with the view of wiping the faith out. Its a bit adolph, I know, but the crux of the problem is that islam and western culture is like oil (sic) and water or cats and dogs. They are just too different to mix and STAY mixed. In my opinion the western superpower(s) need to invade the middle east with a view of total conquest without the misguided view of bringing democracy to that part of the world. Disallow all inter continental travel for middle easterns, disolve all western held islamic mosques and ban the religion of the middle east to be practised in any western held country. Deport any islamic back to the middle east and deny any re-entry visa's or pleas for political asylam.

I think that if these (very) tough measures were taken, muslim leaders would be all too quick to start ousting the trouble makers and fundermentalists from their midsts.

I know that not all muslims are bombers but I also know that SOME are. Western society doesnt HAVE to allow them to live in our society.

From a historical perspective, Saudi does remind me of Prussia. The kings of Prussia were inspired by their glorious martial past (Frederick the Great) to use nationalism as a way of uniting all Germany, yet maintain their authoritian power. They went on to use nationalism and encourage nationalism to unite the nation. They were more nationalistic than Brits and French, and that rather extreme and overemphasised nationalism was a major factor in the two world wars.

To me it seems as if Saudi is a Prussia in the religious realm. They maintain power be promoting a fascist view of Islam, that has us non-muslims held in great contempt, and regarded as responsible for all sorts of evil, whose causes are actually in reality diffuse.

I'm not a war-mongering type myself, buts its a real pity the current Jordanian rulers didn't get in charge of Arabia; they are more moderate and would have toned down Wahabism. The current ruling class is for its own convenience causing the world most of these troubles of Islamic extremism imo. It may be as tragic in the long term as the Prussian encouragement of nationalism.

I am non religious , religions worry me. I think most trouble comes from religion. Moving millions of Muslims into the west before they have built Islam into a great place to live was a mistake

This seems like a simple question to me. Not only had the police had one of the terrorists in their station 6 months previous to the Glasgow incident (which he was released?) the intelligence in this country know of more terrorists scattered around the UK, why are they still here. I'm afraid for my sons life to the point I'm too scared to take him to London just in case something occurs.

My solution to the problem, deport them. The fear is you can never know until its too late if they are terrorists, A playschool teacher who was liked by all of the parents who new him gets a phone call one day to do his duty and sets a bomb off on a bus and kills and harms lots of people.

I'm tired of having to be politically correct all the time, please someone tell me why everybody else but the English can have their own opinions, what on earth did my granddad fight for the country for seven years for exactly, it was to give us freedom of choice, in fact for hundreds of years we have fought to keep this country but now all of a sudden if you're white and English your rights are diminished.

The old saying goes charity starts at home so lets look after our own first and send the animals back to the hell they created

The only way it will stop is if people (including the government) stop being scared about being branded a racist.

Its not racist to stand up for your right to freedom. Your right to freedom of going to an airport without fear of being blown up etc. regardless of the terrorists colour of skin.

I really, REALLY do wonder if these acts of terror would have been going on for so long if the perpertators were non-religious white people

We have two choices, we can surrender our way of life and bow to the terrorist, or we can fight them with every word and weapon we can muster, remember , they are trying to kill and maim your children, your mothers and fathers ,all members of your family, your friends and neighbours. The terrorist is pure evil, they are disciples that will do any evil act to try and force their religion, belief or culture into your mind.
when you fight them in word, you must not be afraid of being labelled a racist by the meek, they have already chosen surrender, you are not a racist by choosing to fight evil
Civilised society must fight this evil without giving quarter
When a terrorist is caught and convicted, all ties with the defending country should be removed, from them AND their families AND associates, and they should all be sent back to their country of origin.THE SAFETY OF OUR FAMILIES COMES BEFORE THEIRS,AND THEIR RIGHTS The only thing the terrorist has any feeling for is their families, after that comes religion and culture. If the terrorist values his family he will back down,if he only values religion then we must begin to close the places where his religion worship until he backs down.Inocent members of the terrorists family, and inocent worshipers of the terrorists religion will have to be sacrificed, and they can help to bring pressure on the terrorist and make them back down WE ARE AT WAR WITH THIS MOST COWARDLY EVIL, WE MUST NOT SIT ON THE FENCE WAITING FOR A HUMANE RIGHTS SOLUTION , OR WE WILL LOSE!!
AND WE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SUFFERING OF FUTURE GENERATIONS AT THE HANDS OF THE VICTORIOUS EVIL TERRORIST......To win this war, civilised society needs strong unshakable leadership....GOD HELP US ALL !!!

Secure our borders. Deport all non-Americans, especially Muslims. Get rid of the bomb-making websites. Stop being politicially correct and tolerating evil.

God Bless.
