married and have 5kids don't have time to workout and i don't
eat alot mostly need to burn fat know any ideas on how?

eat less

try to eat healthy fruits and vegetables

start walking 30 minutes 4-6 times a week

take a 30 minute break a day for yourself

Not eating "alot" isn't always the way to go, your body needs food to fuel it and then it burns off or stores what it doesn't need(fat).

Dancing is good for burning fat and calories, you can make it a game with the kids. Also if there is a Pool nearby take the kids and swim your heart out while you teach them to swim( or take some lessons together).

Cut out any Soda and sugary foods you are eating and replace them with water and foods with fiber and veggies.

To jump start your diet you could ask your family doctor for the "Cardiac diet", It's actually a pretty good eating plan.

Well since you don't have time to work out...and you have 5 kids then...you can try playing with the kids. You know, running with them, bicycling with them, etc. Also, since you already don't eat a lot , just keep that up. But it doesn't matter if you don't eat a lot. It matters what you're eating. Eat fruits and veggies. Or low calorie foods. Also here's a good tip, when you eat breakfast, lunch or dinner... eat it when you're not hungry so that you won't eat much but you won't gget hungry. If you eat when you're hungry then you'll eat more so that you're not hungry anymore. I hope this helps.

Hey it may not work for everyone but have a healthy fiber filled breakfast and graze the rest of the day on healthy foods like fruits and veggies..ritualistic eating and junk food are the two biggest causes of obesity..and avoid escalators and elevators and walk whenever you can...walking is one of the easiest and best ways to work off calories if you have not the time for a gym..get out of the car and walk wherever you can... it works for me.

stop eating out, no chip's soda and candy. Try walking with the kids or going too the park
