I was the child in question. Doing family research and having a hard time getting information. This happened around 1958 and 1960 in Pennsylvania.

It is unlikely that a transcript was made, unless the case was appealed. Since it is so long ago, I doubt the original court reporter is still working, or maybe is even alive. However, you can try to contact the reporter of the court in which the case as heard. Maybe the notes are still available and might be able to be transcribed.

Go to the court clerk's office (where it took place) and request it. You probably have to pay a small fee but it's public information.

they prolly wont have this anymore....some states destroy these after a certain period of time. It wont hurt to call and ask though!
