Narcissism is a personality disorder. It is most likely caused by parents who are overindulgent with their praise. By the way, we have free will to behave and think any way we choose. God is not responsible for our behaviors, etc.

People start our narcissists...God (not necessarily religion) teaches to overcome narcissism.
