I agree with the others. Get plenty of sleep, quit smoking and excessive drinking and socialize in cleaner environments. My skin looks fine, and I just use either Dial soap or Neutrogena. My skin naturally improved after I quit smoking. It improved even more when I changed my eating choices. I get at least seven hours of sleep most nights as well.
