The question was NOT hey feel like leaving a comment to bash the witnesses, it was what do you THINK of the series of conventions. I think it was great. I just had my 3 day this past weekend. The drama was very good! There was even a talk given to discern who the true Christians are and I think it would be in the best interest for as many people as possible to hear it! Thanks for asking about this!

During 2006, more than 2.3 million attended Jehovah's Witness conventions in the United States, meaning that active Jehovah's Witnesses made up less than half of that attendance. The entire 2007 "Follow the Christ" program clearly admonishes its audience to follow Jesus Christ.

It's a wonderful opportunity for so many pleasant, like minded peaceful people who love each other, to get together and learn as God intended. No discord. Owners of the facilities always pleased with the clean conditions left by the renters of the facilities.
Brothers even leave needed repairs they find, fixed and out of their own pockets.
World wide owners brag about the orderliness of our people, and the love we show to all.
When the police are asked about our conduct, they normally see a smaller need if any at all, to handle the great crowd.
Quoted by one officer, we simply don't need the average number of officers needed at other conventions, and the people are so clean!
For such a crowd, they are strangely obedient. And no cigarette smoking! The air is fresh everywhere they go.

They seem to be everywhere , these Jehovah's Witnesses! I have always wanted to know who sponsors them so that they would be able to live comfortably in all the corners of the world and hunt their preys , look for them - in the streets, knocking on your doors, etc....you have to be very cautious with them, be polite, but tell them to go away for good.

Very sad....reminds me of the verse...
for even the very elect shall be deceived...beware of false prophets and false teachers....
On the day of Judgment what are these people going to do when the Lord tells them...Begone for I knew you not....
because they followed false teachings and believed they were doing God's work but were following a false teaching....

Every Jehovah Witness I know, has been excommunicated, because they were abused in that religion. They all have some sort of mental problem and they say that it is a cult.

Well, it all about encouraging interested persons to come to appreciate the teachings of Jesus and follow it in order to allow for a change in their personal lives and come to know Jehovah God and Jesus Christ better.
For Jehovah's Witnesses, these conventions are faith-strenghtening, a time to be in a festive joyous mood, a time to listen and take instructions that will bring you more closer to Jehovah and His Son, Jesus Christ and a time to widen out and make new friends in our International Brotherhood of true peace and unity.—Heb. 10:23-25.

I don't care what they do, as long as they are not breaking any laws...let them enjoy life as they see fit. And the rest of us do the same.
