Cream or a soft yellow would look very pretty with coral and not clash with that red carpet. Roses come in both colors, as do some flowers in the lily family and tulips. Combine them with some soft greenery, and things should look fine.
I think in this case I would tend to avoid most flowers in the purple/lavendar/blue range or ones that are orange. That might lead to a slightly jarring visual effect. You'll want to emphasize the similarities in red and coral rather than the differences. Stick with soft, warm shades that are close to neutral.
I'm sure your wedding will be lovely, and don't let a couple snarky answers here get you down. Your question didn't sound the least bit panicked or overwrought to me.

I don't think you have to worry about the floor at all. It is not part of the wedding and will not likely appear in the photos. Corals tend to be a nice contrast for blues, turquoise especially, so I do not know what you think of that combo. That might give you a kind of tropical feel. I do not think I would want the flowers to MATCH the dresses, but rather compliment them, so I would not go with the exact hue of the dresses for the flowers...unless you want your flowers to match the bridesmaid dresses, since that would likely be very vivid against your white dress. I guess it depends if you want your bouquet the same or different than the other bouquests.

The color of the dresses are fine, what you need to solve is really the balance of color in the church.
Since you said that the color of the church is mostly red, then you can add splashes of white flowers with lots of leaves to create a full, pure look to it - it's to balance off the shocking red with something more subtle. Placing flowers with different colors will only create a chaotic and messy look. Go for elegant white with green themes and make it simple but big so the attention will be drawn to them and not the red interior of the church.
Try going to Colin Cowie or Preston Bailey's websites to get some ideas for the floral arrangement - they specialize in the most elegant of themes.
Hope this helps.

Anything bright- cream, ivory, white, bright coral flowers- will work. With such brightness, no one will be able to notice the dark red carpets.
Actually, I think two colors like bright coral and white flowers would add extra visual interest to the display.

Go with neutrals such as cream, and maybe try to get a rose similar to your bridesmaid dresses. you are in the church for such a short period of time it would be a shame to base your flower choice purely on the colour of the floor. When the guests are all in there and you're walking down the aisle, the last thing on their minds will be the colour of the floor.

I would go with coral, apricot, and white flowers for the bridesmaids, and maybe a mostly white with coral bouquet for you. Hope this helps.

Coral is lovely. For the flowers, a mixed bouquet is probably best - with touches of the coral, light pink, yellow, a bit of blue, etc.

So a couple of flowers about an inch wide must draw the attention away from a red church that encompasses the entire field of vision, because you are inside it...
If I were you I'd choose something that goes with the dress (creamy/yellow) and stop fantasizing that some flowers are somehow going to steal the show.
Or in other words: It looks like you worry too much, so just pick some flowers and get on with it.

Seeing as you are choosing a coral, I would suggest a silver, gold, white, ivory accents. Will compliment the gold and help even out the colors as well.

Turquoise or teal is the complementary color to your coral color and when these two colors are put together, they really pop, but only as accent colors, so don't go crazy with table cloths and napkins.
