At 5'8 135 pounds is not overweight unless you have no muscle what so ever. Just monitor your weight. Go for walks. You don't really need to do much to maintain your weight. If you are moderately active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days per week) you need to eat 2057 calories to maintain your weight. If you want to lose a few pounds cut that by 300-400 calories and do some light exercise and you should be good.

You should be just fine. I'm 44, so the height/weight table maybe slightly different for me than for you, but at 5'5", I don't get into the overweight category until I reach 140! At 3" taller and 5 pounds less, I can't imagine that you would be considered overweight.

5'8" and 135 lbs? You are perfectly healthy. No need to lose weight. Just eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly and you should maintain that good weight with ease. No worries, dear!

no way, i think you could stand to gain weight actually. theres this little rule i heard, and dont know if there is any truth to it but its like a chart
if you are 5'0= you should be around 100 lbs
then add 5 lbs for every inch after that
and you are 5'8 so you should be around (AROUND aka APPROXIMATELY aka NOT EXACTLY) 140, so id say you are fineand could even gain a few pounds, cuz as it stands id say you're too thin

No...you are a perfectly proportioned individual for your height and weight. But if you ask me...I think you need to stop worrying about your weight and start worrying about school and keeping your life on track. I'm 23 so I've been there done that.

You need to get apply your conscience to your eating behaviour, never eat without thinking about the effect this will have.
No, you're probably not overweight, but anyway, exercise is always good, have you got a dog? Go jogging... or do you like a sport? ask people to play with you.
Tell them they are fat! xP.

i woldn't think that you are overweight!
im 13, 5 foot 7 and i weigh about 135 and my doctor and my dad told me i was fine,
if you really think you are overweight, just start exersizing.

doesn't sound like it to me! I'm 4"9 and 103 pounds but my friends tell my I'm skinny and really it all depends on what you think of you body! if someone tells you your fat tell the to **** off and just be what you think you should be
by the way I'm fourteen too!
