I feel I've tapped into it a little before, and am hungry for more. How or where should I focus to better master it? And will I need a teacher or can I do it myself? LOL

Learn to meditate and then do walking meditation in a natural setting...you will find the force! It is external AND internal!

If you understood "the force" you would know there is no external or internal. Such references do not exist.

It is internal.You will suffer in the begining to understand it but practice makes perfect.If you have it ,you can do it on your own

the force is only withing...you. therefore its internal. teacher...The bible is good teachers . everything else is totally your choice.
