I am a Hong Kong SAR passport holder.How can i get a holiday working visa to Canada?

Hey guys , i am 20 years old almost 21 and i am a female from Hong Kong SAR . how can i get a holiday working visa to Canada ?

one more question,,,is it possible to change the sate of a working visa / working holiday visa to student visa??if yes,what can i do then??
